Active cases in Brookings County increase by seven and are at 102. Eight new cases reported Wednesday, bringing the total to 4418. Recovered cases are at 4279. There have been 37 deaths in Brookings County. The County is in the “high” community spread category
Statewide, active cases increase by 302 to 3416. Total cases are up by 785 to 129,866 There are 124,391 recovered cases. Current hospitalizations increase by 4 and are at 145.
Sixty-one percent of the state’s eligible population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
