Vascular Services Start at Brookings Health’s Outreach Clinic

Brookings, S.D. – Jan. 28, 2021 – Dr. Gregory Schultz, M.D., of Sanford Vascular Associates will begin seeing patients at Brookings Health System’s outreach clinic starting on Friday, Feb. 5. He will then be available to see patients the first Friday of each month. 

As a vascular surgeon, Dr. Schultz treats and cares for patients with aneurysms, blocked blood vessels, carotid artery disease, excessive sweating, poor circulation and varicose veins. Services he provides includes limb preservation, surgical repair, wound healing and treatment for complex vascular disease. 

Dr. Schultz received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He performed his internship and residency in general surgery at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis and his fellowship in vascular surgery at Providence Medical Center in Seattle. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery in vascular surgery and the American Board of Surgeons in general surgery. He is also a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation.
