Body found in Yankton park

Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to a Yankton park after a body was discovered shortly before Noon Sunday.

According to a press release from the Yankton Police Department, the department received a report of a body in the pond area of Westside Park.

Yankton Search and Rescue was called in to recover the body and the incident is still under investigation.
