Brookings Health System rated in Top 100 rural hospitals for 7th straight year

For the seventh consecutive year, Brookings Health System has been included by The Chartis Center for Rural Health on the Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals list.
The annual recognition program honors outstanding performance among the nation’s rural hospitals.
Health System President and CEO Jason Merkley says, “to consistently be recognized as a rural and community hospital leader demonstrates the high caliber of quality healthcare Brookings Health delivers to our community day-in and day-out.”
Hospitals make the list based on performance indicators that span market, value and finance based categories.
