Man killed in tractor/SUV crash near Beresford

One person died Friday afternoon from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash nine miles north of Beresford.
Names have not been released pending notification of relatives.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol reports a farm tractor pulling a silage trailer entered an intersection and collided with an SUV. The SUV caught fire. The tractor rolled, throwing the driver.
The 74-year-old man driving the SUV sustained fatal injuries and was dead at the scene.
The 26-year-old man driving the tractor was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries.
