BROOKINGS, S.D. — Nov. 6, 2026 — The Pride of the Dakotas Marching Band will perform “The Pride Inside,” its annual indoor concert, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, in the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex on the South Dakota State University campus.

The concert will feature the 325-member ensemble performing fan favorites from the 2026 season and close with a salute to the United States Armed Forces.

The event will also serve as a “bon voyage” for the band members, as on Monday, Nov. 23, they will depart for Chicago to march in that city’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The concert is free and open to the public. A free-will donation will be collected to help offset the cost of the trip.
