The South Dakota Highway Patrol says one man died and two other people were injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash south of Revillo.

Names of those involved are not yet being released pending notification of family members.

An eastbound pickup on U.S. Highway 212 turned left in front of a westbound pickup and the two collided.

The 62-year-old male driver of westbound pickup was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a seat belt.

The female occupants of the other vehicle, the 20-year-old driver and 51-year-old passenger, both sustained serious non-life threatening injuries and were transported to a Watertown hospital. Both were wearing seatbelts. Charges are pending against the driver.
