Three Brookings businesses fail latest alcohol compliance check

Three more Brookings businesses fail alcohol compliance checks and served to an underage buyer.
The latest checks occurred Thursday when a total of ten establishments were checked.
The three that served to the underage buyer were Deuces Casino, La Cantina, and Guadalajara.
In three separate compliance checks in Brookings starting last month, a total of nine out of 30 establishments sold to an underage buyer.
The server in each case is cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor and the businesses face possible sanctions fro the state Department of Revenue.
