Watertown man arrested for kidnapping while out on bond for a similar incident

A Watertown man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping following a weekend incident in rural Codington County.
Twenty five year-old Deven Burgher allegedly kidnapped and assaulted a woman.
Burgher was arrested Saturday night.
He was arrested in January for a similar incident involving a different woman, and was out on bond at the time of this incident.
Burgher is charged with First Degree Kidnapping, Aggravated Domestic Assault, Intentional Damage to Property, Violation of a Protection Order and Interfering with Emergency Communications.
His bond has been set at $20,000 cash only.
