Fourteen COVID-19 death reported Wednesday in the Department of Health weekly update – the statewide total is now 3167.
There have been 983 new cases statewide in the last week and hospitalizations have increased by seven to 73. There have been 276,655 total cases.
In Brookings County, there have been 44 new cases reported in the last week, raising the total to 3,580. There are 19 reported deaths in the county. Currently, two people are reported hospitalized in Brookings County for COVID-19.
