Construction season continues in Brookings — due to ongoing road work, the city is temporarily closing 2nd Street South between Medary Avenue and Main Avenue starting today Monday, July 11th.
That section of street will remain open to local traffic only — it will otherwise be closed from 6am through 4:30pm daily until construction work is complete.
