Brookings School District bond issue meetings set

The Brookings School District will be holding community informational meetings on the June 7 bond issue election. The District is bringing a 33-million dollar bond issue to the voters for proposed work at Medary and Hillcrest schools.
The first meeting will be on Monday, April 4 at 6:00 p.m. in the gymnasium at Medary Elementary. The second meeting will be on Tuesday, April 5 at 6:00 p.m. in the gymnasium at Hillcrest Elementary
District and building leaders will be present to discuss the needs of each facility as well as the upcoming bond vote.
