BROOKINGS (9-25-26) — The Brookings Regional Growth Alliance is looking for a few good nominations for this year’s veterans awards.
Casey Stickland is with the Growth Alliance… “We are looking to highlight individuals throughout our community in four categories — so officer of the year, non-commissioned officer of the year, soldier of the year and civilian of the year. So really just looking to highlight four outstanding regional individuals that have served or worked with our veterans.
He said they’re accepting nominations both online and in-person… “Nomination forms can be found on our website growthalliance.org, or you can stop by our new office at 416 Third Street. Nominations are due by October 23, and then we will announced those winners during our veteran’s day program on November 11 at 9 a.m. at the Dacotah Bank Center.”
