No Brookings Summer Arts Festival this year
In a notice on their Facebook page, the Brookings Summer Arts Festival Board of Directors announces the cancellation of the 2020 event.
Thus year’s Summer Arts Festival was to be held July 11 and 12.
The Board says; “given the current recommendations concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, we have chosen to err on the side of safety and concern for our artists, vendors, entertainers, volunteers and committee.”
The post says they are looking forward to the 50th anniversary celebration in 2021.
