Woman killed in Lincoln County crash

A 67-year-old woman died Monday evening in a two-vehicle crash in Lincoln County.
Names have not been released pending notification of family.
The Highway patrol reports a woman driving a car failed to stop at a stop sign at South Dakota Highway 11. A pickup struck the car as it entered the intersection.
The driver of the car received fatal injuries. A passenger was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup received minor injuries.
Alcohol use for the driver of the car is under investigation.
