Yankton man sentenced in stabbing death

A Yankton man has been sentenced to 85-years in prison for the murder of a woman in Yankton in May of last year.
Thirty-two-year-old Adrian Lund had earlier pleaded guilty in the stabbing of Timber Cournoyer at a Yankton residence. She later died at a Sioux Falls hospital.
Lund had earlier entered a guilty plea to first-degree manslaughter as part of a plea deal.
